Register for Behavioural Training

We will provide the training course you select at checkout, using our experience and best abilities. Training is hands-on and based on your dog's individual needs.

Private course classes must be completed within ninety (90) days of your first lesson. Group classes follow the schedule listed for that course.

You agree to follow Kinergy Canine's Rules & Regulations (shown below) and to follow your trainer's instructions during every class. Doing the work between classes is what gets results.

You can pay by credit card or Interac e-Transfer to info@kinergycanine.com. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.

Every dog is different. We promise to give you our full effort, knowledge, and time — but we can't guarantee a specific result. Outcomes depend on your dog and on the work you put in between classes.

If something outside our control prevents us from teaching (severe weather, illness, emergency, etc.), classes will be paused until we can resume safely. If the pause lasts more than 30 days, either of us may end this agreement in writing.

Any formal notice (cancellation, schedule change, etc.) is valid if sent by email or given in person.

All course fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, a transfer credit toward a future course may be considered at the discretion of Kinergy Canine.

Any changes to this agreement must be agreed in writing by both parties.

• •A 6-foot leash (leather preferred, nylon is fine — no retractable or chain leashes).
• •A 30-foot training line (available at Pet Valu, Global Pet Foods, or Ren's Pets).
• •A collar — flat buckle/clip collar for puppies; for other courses your trainer will recommend what's best.
• •A treat pouch with a waist band.
• •A supply of your dog's regular kibble.

Dress comfortably — jeans or sweatpants and running shoes are ideal.

• •Keep your dog on leash at all times unless doing off-leash work during class.
• •Let your dog relieve itself before class. Don't feed your dog right before training. Bring bags and clean up after your dog.
• •Don't touch other dogs — please ask the owner before petting.
• •Don't let your dog play or sniff other dogs (unless it's a supervised puppy socialization class).
• •Never leave your dog unattended. If you need a hand, ask your trainer.
• •Be on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry to that class.
• •If you miss two (2) or more classes, Kinergy Canine may end your registration with no refund.
• •Only you (or the handler named on your registration) may handle the dog before, during, or after class in the training area.
• •To reschedule a class, give us at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows without notice count as a missed class and can't be rescheduled.
• •We're responsible for safety during training, but you remain responsible for your dog's overall welfare and behaviour at all times.
