In-Home Dog Training in Ottawa
Skip the crowded class. We come to your house, work with your dog in the exact environment where the problems happen, and leave you with a clear plan.
Door dashing, jumping on guests, pulling on the leash to the park, barking at the buzzer — in-home training fixes it where it actually lives.
Why in-home works
Most behaviour issues are environmental. A dog who's perfect in a training room can still lose it at the front door — because that's where the trigger lives.
Training in your space means we work the actual problem. You see the technique used on your dog, in your hallway, with your guests — not on a demo dog in a foreign location.
- Trainer comes to you — no commute, no carrier, no chaos
- One dog, one trainer, full attention
- Real-environment training (front door, hallway, yard, dog park)
- Written homework after every session
- Ideal for reactivity, fear, adolescent dogs and busy families

Frequently asked questions
How long is each session?
Most in-home sessions run about an hour. We focus on one or two skills, drill them with you, and leave homework.
How many sessions will I need?
Most goals take 4–6 sessions. Behaviour cases (serious reactivity, fear, aggression) take longer and we'll be honest about that on the consultation.
Do you offer packages?
Yes. Most clients book a package after the consultation — it's cheaper than buying sessions one at a time and keeps the plan on track.
